11:00 Shooting commences, and guests will be taken care of
11:30 Alternative entertainment
13:00 Drinks and canapes
15:30 Lunch and drinks
16:00 More drinks
17:30 Charity Auction & Prize Giving
19:00 Dancing and frivolities
20:30 A bit o' supper, then Bop till you drop and then go home!
